Quito, Apr 30 (Prensa Latina) Ecuador s social organizations and political parties began a race against the clock Monday to collect the signatures needed to register candidates for the Constituent Assembly.

Political forces outlined their strategy and sent thousands of followers to the streets Monday, seeking to garner one percent of the voter registration.
